Customer's reviews
I furnace was shutting down right before Thanksgiving and I called a few companies and they were the only one who sent someone out on black Friday to inspect it. Brian came out and said we had a cracked heat exchanger on our 24 year old furnace. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They sent out two installers in a week to install a new one. Dave and Dave did a fantastic job with installation, very professional and nice guy's , they came to our house on there day off, I couldn't be happier. Hire this company !

I went in search of a cable for my furnace. One of four highly knowledgeable technicians offered to check it for me and found it was not defective. After I explained what had already been replaced, they were able to tell me what the real problem was. Yes, a service company gave a FREE diagnosis! They were spot on. Due to the dinosaur that my furnace is, parts are almost impossible to find. Not only did they do extensive research to locate the part, they had it available in 30 minutes. Heat just in time for the cold front. I'm forever grateful for the superior customer service!

I unfortunately have had multiple problems with my furnace and always on the coldest days of winter. They always find time to make it out and take care of the issue that day or the next morning ( they have offered to come and fix after hours if needed ). Burns has always been fair on price and I have had great service. I have repaired my furnace myself and have bought parts from Burns, and again the prices are more than fair compared to other companies.
