I went in search of a cable for my furnace. One of four highly knowledgeable technicians offered to check it for me and found it was not defective. After I explained what had already been replaced, they were able to tell me what the real problem was. Yes, a service company gave a FREE diagnosis! They were spot on. Due to the dinosaur that my furnace is, parts are almost impossible to find. Not only did they do extensive research to locate the part, they had it available in 30 minutes. Heat just in time for the cold front. I'm forever grateful for the superior customer service! ~ Timeka

I furnace was shutting down right before Thanksgiving and I called a few companies and they were the only one who sent someone out on black Friday to inspect it. Brian came out and said we had a cracked heat exchanger on our 24 year old furnace. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They sent out two installers in a week to install a new one. Dave and Dave did a fantastic job with installation, very professional and nice guy's , they came to our house on there day off, I couldn't be happier. Hire this company ! ~ Joe

I unfortunately have had multiple problems with my furnace and always on the coldest days of winter. They always find time to make it out and take care of the issue that day or the next morning ( they have offered to come and fix after hours if needed ). Burns has always been fair on price and I have had great service. I have repaired my furnace myself and have bought parts from Burns, and again the prices are more than fair compared to other companies. ~ David G

We had 2 other companies come and look at furnace and were supposed to give us quotes on a new furnace and never called back. After being without heat for 10days during the cold snap, these guys showed up and vowed not to leave before they installed a new unit! They were there over 12 hours putting it together. The two guys here at my address installing the furnace for me have been nothing but respectful and courteous. Also, the lady who helped me and my wife finance our furnace, and the gentleman behind the counter at the home base need to be mentioned. They bent over backwards for the two of us. It's absolutely terrible that our furnace went out, but if and when it does again, this company is definitely getting my business. ~ Cj D

Ken came out and diagnosed the problem with my furnace in five minutes, ordered the part, and was back to replace it as soon as he got the part. He also fixed my boiler and helped me install a new smart thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Great guy and showed me, a new first time homeowner, how to maintain my HVAC equipment. Absolutely would recommend Burns for your HVAC needs! ~ Randy

I use Burns for around four years on a couple of semi commercial jobs, definitely Honest, definitely trustworthy, definitely very skilled indeed. Not the cheapest but certainly not the expensive very fairly priced for decent Honest work. Possibly a miscommunication on an appointment led to us was no longer working together. I came in to buy parts for my furnace and they let me know. I did not need them tested the parts and told me exactly what was wrong with my furnace and it’s working fine and I didn’t have to spend any money. Great service ~ Chris J

I've got a 42 year old Bryant furnace. Eric, one of their employees, fixed it by removing the electric pilot, installing a manual pilot, which also required a new gas valve. Reengineering that worked. I was impressed. ~ Dave B
